Information you choose to share

The consultation form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, your area of interest and a brief message. Charles uses these details to review and respond to your inquiry. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to newsletters or authorize unrelated marketing.

Keep confidential records out of the form

This public website is intended for initial conversations. Please do not submit financial records, government identification, account numbers, contracts, medical information or other confidential transaction documents. Contact Charles to arrange an appropriate channel.

Storage and service providers

The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process information necessary to operate the site. Inquiry content is encrypted by the application before database storage, and administrative access is restricted to an authorized account. Website infrastructure may process network addresses and operational logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

Retention

Website inquiries are retained for up to 180 days of active use. The site removes older inquiries when new inquiries arrive or Charles opens the inbox. Inactive-site records may remain until that cleanup runs. Records transferred to the brokerage during representation follow the brokerage’s retention practices and applicable requirements. Backup retention follows the hosting provider’s policies.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not install advertising trackers, marketing pixels or session-replay tools. Public browsing and the inquiry form do not require an account. Site administrators use a separate sign-in process that may set authentication cookies. Hosting providers may use security-related cookies or logs.

Your choices
